Hello!

My name is Shaun Dugan and I am these days a musician. (LOL!)

I've played guitar for a long time, though you might not know it as I didn't play for nearly 10 years until starting again a few years back. I've spent a lot of hours practicing recently and am hopefully now regaining some ability and coordination! I also play keyboards (but pretty badly), and bass.

My musical tastes are varied: rock, hard rock, some metal, blues, jazz and some dance and classical. My favourite band of all time is The Beatles, and I love the Beatles' members post-Beatles work too.

Aside from the Beatles, I dig Elvis Presley and his bands, Thin Lizzy, Deep Purple, Glen Campbell, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, AC/DC, Gram Parsons, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Robin Trower, Judas Priest, Joe Bonamassa, Frank Sinatra, Freddie King, Michael Schenker, Glen Miller band, Motorhead, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Ufo, Bob Dylan, Van Halen, Louis Armstrong, Rush, Cornell Dupree, Oscar Peterson, Dudley Moore, Led Zeppelin, Blackfoot, and a whole bunch of others! I also like some dance music by the likes of Fatboy Slim and the Chemical Brothers.

My main instrument is electric guitar and my favourite guitarists are, in no particular order

I am interested in creating music in various styles, and had a handful of unfinished compositions, which other musicians from the Kompoz music collaboration website (musicians, lyricists, and vocalists) helped turn into something "better than they were". As well as writing and recording, I'm keen on mixing / engineering, and am willing to help mixing people's songs.
